These terms govern your use of the Rushabh Orna website. By browsing this site or sending an enquiry, you agree to them.

1. About this website

This website is informational. It is not an online store — no prices are published, no checkout is offered and no payment is taken here. Everything shown is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell.

2. Pricing and quotations

Because gold rates move daily, prices are shared on enquiry only and quoted at the rate applicable on the day of confirmation. Making charges, certification and taxes are confirmed in writing before any order proceeds.

3. Products, weight and images

Rudrax is a natural seed. Colour, grain, mukhi definition and size vary from bead to bead — small variation is a sign of authenticity, not a defect. Photographs are indicative. Stated weights are approximate and confirmed on the final piece.

4. Orders and custom pieces

An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing. Custom and personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

5. Certification

Gold is BIS hallmarked as standard; Rudrax beads are lab-tested and origin-verified. We make no religious, astrological, medical or therapeutic claims about any bead.

6. Delivery

Dispatch timelines are estimates given in good faith. Shipping is charged by weight and requirement. Risk passes on delivery to your nominated address or courier.

7. Returns

Because pieces are handcrafted to order, returns are accepted only where an item is damaged in transit or does not match the confirmed specification, reported with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. Custom pieces are not returnable.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to Rushabh Orna and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
